<p><strong>家庭麵包就是要以健康為大前題，不要添加劑</strong>，所以能自己做就自己做，吃得安心而健康。我會用手揉的方式處理麵團，這款小餐包也不需要很到位的揉麵，其實也只是揉10分鐘左右，不用很漂亮的薄膜。反正，也很漂亮和好吃。</p>

<p><strong>遇上南瓜濃湯、羅宋湯和忌廉蘑菇湯更是一絕，很快就會被吃光光。</strong>我最喜歡把麵包烤得熱熱的，再抹上奶油來吃，半融化的奶油與麵包配在一起最美味呢！抹上果醬也是很不錯。</p>

<li>取出麵團，移到工作枱上。來回揉開麵團，把麵團揉軟，大約30秒～60秒。</li>



<li>將麵團延展開，把奶油均勻鋪上，再將麵團捲起。</li>



<li><strong>揉和</strong>麵團和奶油大約要3分鐘，把奶油充份揉入麵團。</li>



<li><strong>揉麵</strong>大約10分鐘。重覆把麵團延展後、對折，轉90度。</li>



<li><strong>甩麵</strong>幾下。</li>



<li>檢查麵團，可以拉出比較粗糙薄膜。</li>
