<p>來一碗「青欖湯」，止咳、化痰、潤肺、生津、開胃，喉嚨舒坦、清爽無比。</p>



<p>上一次煲青欖湯是因為感染新冠肺炎病毒，喉嚨十分不舒服，陰性結果後，又一直咳嗽，咳到無法入睡，就煲這湯來喝，果然好了很多，起到作用！ 到了炎夏，在菜市場看到了青欖，毫無疑問買來煲湯，生津、開胃，喝完整個人都很舒爽，悶氣全消。 </p>



<p>秋冬之時，正是青欖盛產，要是煲此湯的好時機。</p>



<p>青欖可以用粗鹽醃漬，漬上一兩個月，留待平日煲湯或當成零嘴。鹽醃少了苦澀味，多了一份清香，用來煲湯也很好。</p>
