<p>這次，是為了冰淇淋而煮的果醬。也消耗了一部份荔枝！今年荔枝大造，荔枝掛滿枝，家裏冰箱也存了大箱，反正就吃不完。</p>

<li>用小火煮，保持攪拌防止煮焦；</li>
