<p class="wp-block-paragraph">俗話有說：「一粒荔枝三把火」，荔枝無法多吃，吃多就會上火（荔枝熱），所以，無論多喜歡吃荔枝都要節制，多吃會出事（會吃出病來）。但是，我家從來不缺荔枝，也不會少吃荔枝，無論大人小孩荔枝都是一蘿蘿地吃，都不會有什麼問題出現。一物治一物，互相平衡、化解了。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">荔枝隔年大造，今又逢當造，妃子笑、糯米糍和桂味等等都一蘿蘿地在街市和水果鋪販賣，並且價格低廉。因此，又是吃荔枝的時候了。<strong>吃荔枝的時候，把果殼留下來，用來煮茶喝，可以下火去荔枝熱。</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>吃荔枝後，阿婆（祖母）會煮荔枝殼茶，讓我們喝，說「苦口良藥、下火」。</strong>那些荔枝茶材料十足，味道也十足，當然功效相當「勁」。阿婆總是盯著我們這些小孩把苦澀荔枝茶大口大口咽下，才心滿意足地去忙。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">阿婆的荔枝真的與甜美多汁的荔枝極大對比，也是記事裏的一頁記憶。當然，荔枝茶不用煮得太濃，功效就有了。老人家只是深信苦口良藥罷了，偶而還是會加些片糖和蜂蜜，哄哄小金孫。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">我的記憶中，從未吃荔枝吃到上火，也未曾因此長痘痘。大啖荔枝後，就把荔枝殼洗乾淨，用來煮茶喝。吃完荔枝把荔枝殼煮茶喝，已經是指定動作，並且是從小養成的習慣。自己煮的荔枝殼茶當然沒有阿婆煮的苦澀，功效還是有的。一般會當成平日的茶水，不斷地喝，因為荔枝真的吃很多！而且，夏天容易燥熱，多喝下火也不錯。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br>普羅大眾都知道荔枝熱，多吃的確會上火，卻不知道一顆荔枝是「陰陽平衡」果肉燥熱，果殼清熱、解毒消腫。荔枝茶苦澀，可以加冰糖或蜂蜜中和，也可加水稀釋或甚麼都不加，喝起來其實還不錯。在中醫而言，荔枝味甘、酸，性溫，吃要適量。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>荔枝的美味常常讓人一個接一個，欲罷不能。</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">對了！阿婆還會把荔枝殼曬乾儲存，以在平日煮茶，用來下火解熱，也會用來煲水沖涼、抹身，用來止痕，特別是濕疹痕癢。</p>
